Number 1 complaint is that the free samples of products promised with each order ( advertised on site), you never get those samples. Multiple orders placed, no free samples in any orders.

I have used either the Prevage regular or intensive eye serum along with the Prevage eye cream for at least 10 years and would never consider stopping its use. Together these highly researched, quality products have keep the delicate skin around my eyes supple, greatly slowed down fine & laugh lines that occur as I am approaching 70 years. What is the different  (prevage : antiaging+Repair eye serum) and ( eye serum : advance ceramide capsule daily youth) ?  Can I use : those 2 product ?  Can i use joint eye cream from other brand?

I brought a Prevage anti-aging +intensive repair daily serum from Shopper Drugs mart. at its bottom "E9JA3". Can you tell me what it stands for? Can i use both anti-aging repair daily serum and intensive repair daily serum at the same time?

Dear customer, Revlon performs extensive stability testing on all products. Test results confirm that Revlon products typically have a shelf life of three (3) or more years and do not require expiration dates The anti-aging repair daily serum and the intensive repair serum can not be used at the same time, we recommend you use the intensive repair treatment first and then switch to the daily serum, not the intensive one.

Confused between this & anti aging eye serum w. cooling applicator. I LOVE your products but they seem redundant or very similar. It's difficult to know whether these are two options for same end result or 2 products that will give me 2 different results.

Hello! The difference between the Prevage Anti-aging Daily Eye serum and the Prevage Anti-aging + Intensive Repair Eye serum is that the Anti Aging serum corrects and protects the skin. While the Pervage Intensive Repair has additional key ingredients for more of an immediate correction.
